Weaving

100% Cotton, Poly Cotton and 100% Polyester are included in our range of products for our valued customers in different qualities and weaving techniques. According to given customer requirement we weave these on Power, Sulzer and Air Jet Looms. Complete set of Yarn Dyed Weaving is also included in our setup. We have complete setup for in-house weaving. Additionally, We can weave any MOQ for our regular customers to meet there retail store demands.

Fabrics and Made-ups, Twill, Sheet Set, Duvet Cover set, Fitted Sheet, Flat Sheet, Valance Sheet, Comforters, Mattress Protector (With and Without Water-Proof) Bedspread, Curtain, Shower Curtain (Lined and Unlined), Kitchen Curtains, Cushion Covers, Filled Cushions, Pillow Ticks, Table Runner, Napkin, Commercial Sheeting, Hospital Sheeting, Doctor Gowns & O.T Sheet and Yarn Died Fabrics including Work Wear are produced and supplied on regular basis.

Quality Control & Inspection

Our main focus is always Quality of Product. We ensure that all quality requirements of our valued clients are met. Our expert QA team perform regular checks to production unit to evaluate quality of running productions. They examine the production procedure thoroughly and suggest changes in the process wherever necessary. In-line inspection is also conducted at the production site so that any fault in production can be caught at early stages and fix to avoid last surprise. Regular inspection reports are sent to clients along with pictures taken at site during audit.

Logistics

Our strong association with shipping companies makes sure on-time delivery of shipments. Our team closely monitor all orders to make sure that they are shipped as per provided schedule. We keep our clients informed about delivering of package so they can make arrangement for receiving goods on time. Documentation formalities are done in advance to speed up the shipping process and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
